I appreciate the kind words.  I visit here while Denise and I are doing her treatment. 

Epoman, did you see the excel flowsheet for Nxstage?  I thought you might like it since you obviously are computer savvy.  I email these to the clinic rather than handwriting them and faxing.  They seem to appreciate the fact it is easier to read than if I hand wrote it.  Feel free to take it and personalize it.
