seeking tips on coping with thigh HD access

Hello.  I am a dialysis social worker, new to this forum.  I am seeking any tips, words of encouragement, stories, resources, etc on coping with thigh access grafts.  I want to pass on informaton to two hemodialysis consumers. One, quite young and single, had  expressed concern on the  impact of this access on intimacy and potential partners. Thank you in advance for any information you can share.  Marcia Sawyer
