A little late, I know, but I felt so warm reading this thread and seeing the picts. Epoman would have been bursting with pride. What a wonderful family we have here at IHD.

That's awesome! I wish I could meet you all in person. If anyone will be in the San Antonio area during the holidays, let me know. You can join me and my family for dinner. It might be better if you're someone that is not currently on a restricted diet, as I am not on one YET. This will likely be my last good food holiday. boooooo!
