Coping in Canada

WWW

 :canadaflag;

This is such a great site! I don't belong to a lot of kidney forums yet but I had already signed on at www.kidneyspace.com and then now here. I was intrigued by another patients story when it was so similar to my own (flu as a child, kidney failure as a teen, feeling different from everyone else) as most patients you here have normal lives and lose it all and are mad.  I have been on all mods of dialysis (CAPD, CCPD, HD) and have had a PD cath, perm cath, AV fistula both SLT and BH.

I am not one to talk much about myself but I was told by angie that I should make an intro so here it is. I hope this is sufficient! Thanks for this great site! It is amazing and so full of so much information and help and options and honesty!!

Please let me know anything else I need to do as I am new here!

Oh I forgot to add my name!!

I will now!

I am Ame! It is pronounced Aimee, or as some people say my name, Amy.
