there isn't much that leaves me speechless, this comes close. denver busses have advertising much like billboards. this was on a bus that went past me today

I TOLD MY FAMILY OF MY DECISION TO BE A TISSUE AND ORGAN DONOR, HAVE YOU?

i would imagine it is sponsored by the kidney foundation, but i was so surprised i wasn't able to read any further. the only thing i have to say about it is "IT'S ABOUT DAM TIME!!!"

There are two large billboards in our city with that saying.  Will the message ever really get through to the  general public?

Ohhh shnitz I thought it was going to be my picture...whew!!  :P It is about time. I had some ideas for IHD in that respect but we are not ready so I won't say more. Besides it's a secret and I wouldn't want to start any gossip. hehe :secret;
