In da House.

« on: June 26, 2007, 09:38:07 AM »

For me please ! I have posted on here about my anti-social neighbours , keeping me awake till all hours partying etc , well today i found out that i can put in for a transfer ! woo hoo. I have got all the forms , now i need a good strong letter from my doctor (who i see on thurs) saying how i cant cope here . The move will also put me within walking distance of my family , who i dont get to see unless i drive there at the moment. So fingers crossed for me guys, that all goes well and quickly !

OOOOO!! Kickstart!!! I so hope it goes speedily and well!! Your doctor should know by now how much trouble you've had
with your health since those kids started their racket!  Yay!!! (Just in case!!)

That's great news Kickstart. Let's hope you can get away from those toe rags whose arrogance and selfishness has made your  life there a misery.
I'm sure your doctor will back you 100%. Keep us posted. :2thumbsup;

Phew what a day ! I have been to the unit today and while i was there i told the doctor about the conditions at home, the good news is that she will back me 100% and is going to write on my behalf, i also managed to contact my GP who is also willing to write on my behalf. Will update when i know more but will probably take a few weeks, but good to know theres light at the end of the tunnel .

that's very cool! it's ironic, but you can thank your noisy neighbours for being such a pain that you had to do something to get away from them! ;)
the fact that you'll be closer to your family is the big bonus.
i know what you're going through, too. i don't know how many times i've moved because of noisy neighbours. it blows my mind how some people can be so inconsiderate of others and live as though they were in a country house away from everyone else, blasting their music for everyone to hear. it's funny, too, in a way, because i'm, or, i was a professional musician and i made my living for many years playing music. but often, i would find myself living in an apartment with noisy neighbours next door, blasting away with their stereo like a dippy disco at all hours.

i hope your move goes well!

love

Kickstart, that's wonderful! I haven't been on IHD long, so I don't know the whole story, but anything to get away from noisy neighbors and closer to family who understand your situation is wonderful. Good luck with it!
