Goofynina and Epoman - Gone But Not Forgotten

WWW
« on: June 09, 2007, 12:58:00 PM »

I went to my daughter's graduation on Thursday evening.  She graduated from the two-year college with an Associate Degree.  She had started in Teacher Education but then shifted to Psychology.  She graduated cum laude with 3.56.  She maintained her position in the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Proud Momma! :yahoo;
She has been accepted at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in our home country of Barbados and will start in August.  She is thinking of doing a law degree.

i am a 51 year old male on dialysis for 3 years now. This is my second time. My brother donated a kidney to me about 13 years ago. I found this site on another site. I had to laugh when i saw what it was called. I hope to meet people from all over to talk about dialysis.

Thanks to all of you!  Here is a picture as it appeared in the Daily News of the United States Virgin Islands.  I put an arrow to point her out - second from top left, and also in the line of students. A colleague asked how much I paid to get my daughter in the newspaper like that!  I will also be posting colour pictures in the IHD family album when I collect them.

How cool to get her picture in the paper twice.  What a keepsake for a memorable moment.
