Has anyone seen the book called "The Lighter Side of Dialysis"? It is absolutely hilarious!! I bought one on-line at www.lightersideofdialysis.com and recommend it to anyone even remotely connected to the wonderful world of dialysis. Interestingly enough, it is written by a patient who used to be a member of the musical group "The Kinks" if you can remember them -- unfortunately I am old enough to!
Thank you, I had not heard of this book before. I will be ordering one. And see if I can get permission from the author to post it here.
Also please do not choose the "Announce" option when posting. It is not your fault however, I forgot to disable that option for regular members. It is an option that should only be used by Admins and Mods. I have fixed the error.
For those of you who not know what I'm talking about, "Announce" a topic WAS an option that when you checked the "Announce" box in "Additional Options" area it would send an EMAIL to EVERY MEMBER with a link to the thread that you posted. That option is now disabled.
