I've had a few problems of late with staff.
I can't seem to get any help from the charge nurse or management.

So i am wondering if there is a governing body that oversees dialysis clinics?
Thanks in advance.

I usually write a letter to the head of the clinic. If  it is written they have to respond to it.  Good luck.

I don't know what to do. If i write a letter there will be repercussions. They were on my back for a year about getting a fistula. When i got one and scream in pain because the needle rests on the nerve i am treated like a leper. A man at my center was telling he wrote to the administrator and got on the s**t list. Now they treat him like he even isn't there. Of course not all centers are like this.

i am a 51 year old male on dialysis for 3 years now. This is my second time. My brother donated a kidney to me about 13 years ago. I found this site on another site. I had to laugh when i saw what it was called. I hope to meet people from all over to talk about dialysis.
