Hi! I'm Ashlee, I'm 25 and live in Australia, I've been on dialysis for 9 weeks now using a Perma Cath and it's been, well, it's been an experience. I'm finally getting used to having a tube sticking out of my chest and all that entails, and I've recently been moved back from the city to my home town as before there was no room in my towns dialysis unit. I look forward to talking to you all and learning more about how to make this shitty experience easier.

Hello Ashlee, I am very sorry about your feelings right now and if you look "around" IHD, there are many possibilities of how to organise "things" around your dialysis-session in such a way, that it makes the whole experience better.
I send you my heart-felt best wishes from Kristina. Good luck! :grouphug;
