Kidney disease patients, caregivers, and other interested parties are invited to participate in the National Kidney Foundation - Minnesota chapter's annual conference!

This year's event is being held online, due to the pandemic, as a series of hour long sessions over a 6 week period starting June 1.  Participants are welcome to "attend" a few or all of the offerings.

The focus on June 15 is Home Therapies and features a panel with 2 patients on PD and 2 others on Home HD along with a nephrologist moderating.  It is a perfect chance for you to get any questions or concerns addressed.
