I wonder if anyone here has experience with receiving chemotherapy, specifically BEP (Bleomycin + Etoposide + Cisplatin) with a transplant kidney. I know they try to manage it to minimize damage, but is it successful? E.g., is creatinine the same after treatment as before or elevated? Are there any other permanent side effects related specifically to the transplant, e.g. interaction with antirejection drugs. Note: in this case, the cancer is not related to the kidneys at all (immune suppression might have led to it or it is just coincidental). (I am not the one with the transplant but I don't feel like going into more detail now.)

Any other comments are welcome too. I can't find much about this when I look up information on chemo.

Thanks in advance for any information.
