Welcome to our community, Dawn!  I love your name because it is the english translation of my name - Aurora!  Looking forward to hearing more of you.  Let us know your story.  This site has become a real family.  We support each other, and we are there when one is going through their own particular challenge.  So read the posts, and write some yourself.

Hello Dawn,

Congratulations on being able to go 8 years on hemo. some members here have been on one form of dialysis or the other anywhere from a week to 26 years. I'm sure you've had your ups and your downs.  I'm sure you have a few stories to share.

Thanks for taking an interest in IHD. Your new family welcomes you to speak your mind, search and read at your leisure and post as much as you like.

See you in the forums.

Hi Dawn and welcome to IHD.  Where are you from?  How/why did your kidneys fail?  So many questions?  Please just tell us a little more about yourself so we can get to know you and your situation.  Thank you for seeking us out.

Welcome Dawn!!  I too love your name.  Every morning that I go to dialysis I watch the sun come up and thank God for one more beautiful day.  You have been on dialysis much longer than I have and am looking forward to reading your posts and learning from you.
