I concur with Charlie.  Maybe it is just the nature of being (please forgive me for saying this) sick.  Dialysis is hard on the body and so is toxin buildups between treatments, and that could be taking a toll on your skin.  When I am sick, I often get puffy eyes and have to use ice or moisturizing treatments to help it go down.  Ice is a good way to do it and honey and yogurt mixed is an awesome face mask to help with dullness and acne, plus it is cheap!  Getting a good moisturizer for under the eyes does help.  I use Burt Bee's Under Eye Cream for sensitive skin.  I have very sensitive eyes and can't use most eye creams, but this does not bother my eyes.  I have noticed a difference, plus is helping with the fine lines I am starting to get.

I am a renal social worker.  I am happy to help answer questions, but please talk to your clinic social worker for specifics on your particular situation.
