Take the following survey.  It appears to be for people on PD or HHD.  The first few questions will determine if you qualify.  If so, you can earn $25.

Click on the link (http://campaign.r20.constantcontact.com/render?m=1116994419379&ca=5d943184-e64e-4ab4-87ea-d98e6a1a66fb) for more information.

I was given the "you do not qualify" message as soon as I checked the hemo box.

How do I "feel" about my machine? Uh, "indifferent"? Just to fill out the three slots I put "like a boat tied to the dock."

When it asked me for a name for my ideal machine I put "The Gut Sucker 3000."

Got it done! Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, it assumed that I have much stronger opinions about a lot of the "bells and whistles" on the machine. I don't care if the menu is animated... just make it quieter while it runs.

Done.  What took the most time was determining levels of importance.  1 through 5 isn't hard.  But when they came up with those lists of 11 or 12, it took me a while to decide.

It sure has me curious to see what the new Cyclers are like.  If they still use the same cassettes or some new design.

I'm still tickled with my Home Choice, if I even got the name right.  I mean, over 3, no, only 2 years, a bit more on the machine as I did manuals for a hair over my first year.  Whatever.  I can hate Dialysis but LIKE my Cycler.   It works quite well at keeping me from getting sick again, or swelling up like a flesh balloon and leaking that clear fluid down my legs.

So any complaints have to remain small.   I am very glad to have my Cycler.

And $25 for taking this survey?   Find me more surveys that pay this well and I'll take them also!
