Yea, those damn ciggies will get ya one way or another: Just remember to be thankful that this event had NOT been cancer where that would more, on average, be a serious menace to your life than kidney failure can usually be, if caught soon enough.

I thought and complained occasionally, sorry for being a whiny *****, that I wasn't with working kidneys-WELL! With Dialysis, you can remain with plenty of a functioning life than you would having to hit the hospital every dang day for WEEKS with the Bigger Menace, AKA,Cancer.
