Have been discussions on IHD about this, but here is a nice talk and demo on how to wrap the kidneys.    :secret;   :waving;

Thank you talker for spreading the good thought...
... I have been wearing "very thin underneath" angora-kidney-warmers for many years
and I dare say, this has helped me to keep my fragile kidney function going for so many years...
... including now, being on dialysis, I still wear my kidney-warmers
and my kidneys still continue to serve me well... (touch wood it continues like that ...)   :grouphug;

Did look into the kidney warmer issue, and it was a new look into what I was totally unaware of until you had referenced it.
