I usually unroll my the patient line while the machine (Liberty) is going through the set up.  One evening I forgot to unroll the patient line until it was time to close the clamp.  I unrolled it after I close the clamp.  Man, it unroll nice with no kinking at all.  So, now I unroll the patient line after closing the clamp.

It always feels good to fart uh, I mean, to pass something uh, I mean, to discover something that makes life easier. I recently had my own moment involving twisted lines connected to the priming spike for the NxStage home-hemo cycler. Amazing how something so simple makes us feel better!  :2thumbsup; Glad no one was watching! Kudos to your own discovery, JLM! :thumbup;

Husband had ESRD with Type I Diabetes -Insulin Dependent.
I was his care-partner for home hemodialysis using Nxstage December 2013-July 2016.
He went back to doing in-center July 2016.
After more than 150 days of being hospitalized with complications from Diabetes, my beloved husband's heart stopped and he passed away 06-08-21. He was only 63.
