Is Prednisone filtered out during Hemo?

I know that I should not give Sharon her Antibiotics until after her hemo treatment because it is filtered out of her blood, but cannot seem to find an answer about Prednisone removal. I usually give her the Pred in the morning, but am questioning whether this is to correct time for it, also began wondering last night if it might be better for her system to give her 3.5Mg twice a day instead of the usual 7Mg in the morning to better balance out her dosage body wise?
