Something similar happened to me following my nephrectomy.  I resumed PD following surgery and the fluid ended up leaking into my scrotum.  It was about the size of a grapefruit, I think.  Anyway, it was difficult to walk and I had to go to the ER.  They took x-rays to make sure there weren't any other issues.  I think that I just had to rest and allow the liquid to be absorbed and they adjusted my exchanges.  I was worried that they were going to make me go on HD, but everything worked out.

In any case, don't assume it is a hernia.  Have them check you out!

Good luck.

This and update , I do have a Hernia , and I need surgery , what I have done was reduce the intake from 2000cc to 1500  and I don't do a last fill

It might be about a month away before I go and have surgery , I still pull around 1100 uf , no swelling unless I get up at night the gravity will take over

But I learn something I'm more comfortable now with less fluid in my system , I sleep better .
