I have been on dialysis for 14 years. Ten was on PD and the last 4 have been incenter Hemo. I love to exercise and play with my grandkids. In a week, I swim about 2.5 miles and and do 8600 crunches. Exercise makes me feel better and helps when things go awry. I pray you all are well! Peace!

Good for you for keeping your body in shape.  I find that regular exercise helps me psychologically.  Just being outside helps.

Hi Ron, and welcome to IHD.  I'm so glad you found us. You have inspired me to do some crunches .... I had not thought of those in years.  Thank you!

Hope you hang out here a lot!!
