If some of you have trouble getting down Nepro (I don't) here is the way to try it.  One can of Nepro, any flavor, poured in a blender, one scoop of why powder, 6 - 8 ice cubes, 5 or 6 frozen strawberries or a half a cup of them.  Blend for about a minute.  I have this as a breakfast drink.  Of course you may use whatever fruit you wish.

I use to get snail mail from Nepro on ideas like this, but I am just so burnt out on them now. Insurance use to cover the cost of them, but a months supply of one flavor :puke;

Hate seeing them on hospital trays.

WOW... per person?  We get free protein cookies if we ask for them.  They are pretty good.

Protein cookies sound better than Nephro.  I don't like that stuff.
