Hi Alisa and welcome to our site. I try and attend the chat room everynight at 8:00 PST. So, I hope to see you there. Dialysis sucks and you can come here to vent. This site is also educational about dialysis. The do's and don'ts.
Come here and post often.

Alisa! I was also wondering which dialysis you were on? I am on PD and have been for 10 months also. I'm 19 years old.

Alisa, we were talking and my computer had a glitch and I left the chat room without saying goodbye. What a welcome! I am sorry and hope to see you soon.

Hello Alisa
This is your firs step in dealing with the emotional aspect of dialysis, it was for me anyway. Before I found this site I didn't have anyone to talk to who knew what it felt like to have to start dialysis. I am only three weeks into my dialysis but I am luck because I am in the NXSTAGE literally. Read my story, I'd love to hear yours so please share with us a little bit about yourself and your situation. Most of all WELCOME TO OUR WORLD.

Hello to all of you. Wow I never expected to sit down and see so many heart filled replies. It really warms me that there are so many people out there just like me. I can't wait to dedicate some good quality time to figuring out how to use this form. I don't know why I find it tricky? Any how I must run now. Looking forward to getting to know your stories and sharing mine.
Thank you
