I would like to rant(complain) about the dialysis center in Chehalis,Wash.This is the center that I go to.I've realize that NOT ALL patients get treated EQUALLY.There are few that get the ROYAL TREATMENT.I mean that these few patients have their things carry to their dialysis chairs.Especially when these select patients are ABLE to carry their things to their chair/station.Along with 1-2 staff members give them MORE attention than other patients get.There is never a trash can next to all of the chairs/station for the patients to use.Plus the treatment floor looks like it has NEVER been CLEAN in several months.The complaint box that is located in the waiting room has been shut tight.There is NO way for anyone to file a complaint.One of the head nurse REFUSES to BELIEVE that anyone can have a COMPLAINT against this center.
Thanks for allowing me to rant/complain about my center in Chehalis,Wash.

You've had many issues with your center. Is there any chance you can switch centers?

30 minutes in Seattle area can be 3 hours.

Bring them goodies.  I'm not kidding!  It is like training a dog with treats!  Bring donuts or a Starbucks or maybe a bag of candy.  Not everytime but at least once a month.

They will be carrying your stuff in no time.   :waving;
