I take prograf 3mg 2x a day. The last 3.5yrs my levels have been 5-7(except for one week when I used to take more, so they lowered it). Last week's level was 16. I assume/hope it was a lab error. My coordinator called, didn't leave a message, and didn't return my call. I redid my tacrolimus level today. Has anyone had this occur?

Tacro levels can vary. It might be a lab error or might not. Make sure there is 12 hours between taking your night tacro dose and your morning draw. But I think there can be other factors like dehydration or diarrhea or who knows. Just call in and find out tomorrow if it's better.

That's good news, Jess21!

Sounds good. Retests can be worth it.
