The Baby K manual specified routine maintenance at 6 months and 1 year/4000 hours.    How is this done for home users?   While I would not mind doing it, I would be surprised if the clinic (Fresenius in my case) has customers follow steps like "with a digital voltmeter check..." and "rebuild the diasylate pump".   So, assuming that Fresenius isn't going to issue me a bunch of test instruments, I was wondering how the scheduled preventive maintenance is done.  Do the send a tech out to the house, or swap the machine with one that is up to date on pm when the one I will have in my house comes due?
