Yes happy lunar new year to all.

God, I wish I was back in Hong Kong like I was last year for
Chinese New Year. One of our favorite vacations, the best
hotel I ever stayed at, great food and parades and fireworks.

Geez how long does it last?  I was invited to a Chinese New Year's Party Thursday the 22nd.  You cannot cut your hair during Chinese New Year.... It is like throwing money away.   :urcrazy;

Actually part of the Chinese New Year's celebretion is throwing (burning) money away.
I think I have the pictures ready to add to this message. The first is a small
fishing village near Hong Kong, and the second is from the New Year's parade.

Here's the other one. A small fishing village called Tae Ho. Many of the
homes are on stilts

Big Steve please resize your photos.

They are very nice, but too big.  Thank You~

        " About pictures, I do allow pictures. However I do ask that you do 2 things. 1st, re-size the picture, please make it as small as possible, preferably no bigger than 640X480 pixels, I ask that you size the pic for two reasons, one is many people still use 800X600 resolution on their monitor and if the picture is to big they will have to scroll to see the whole picture. And the bigger the picture the more bandwidth it uses, the more bandwidth it uses the more it costs me, so please keep all pictures below 150kb. 2nd, DO NOT "link" pictures, meaning do not use the link button to link to an outside site. If that link dies then all we will see is a little red "x". You must use the "attach picture" button located in the "Additional Options" link. For certain images members will be allowed to post larger images, that decision is up to the admin team of IHD."

Here is the resizing link in case you need help resizing them:  http://ihatedialysis.com/forum/index.php?topic=1297.0

Rerun: I was following the directions in Epoman's message regarding adding
pictures. The instructions are to resize the photos in 800x600. I will certainly
resize to the smallest dimensions in the future. Steve
