This morning I had my graftogram, My surgeon saw the tsuto aneurism and said it's not a concern and didn't repair it, he says it's because it's small, I was out of it so didn't want to discuss it with him, when I feel it, it feels like there's a lot of pressure in there, and it feels no different to me then the one that he did tie off a while back, my question is, when does a surgeon determine that a tsuto does need repair? I know some of you on here have tsutos that have not been repaired, you just have the techs avoid them, so what qualifies for a tsuto aneurism repair?
