Two years ago today I suffered kidney failure!  Lots has happened in two years since I almost died on August 15, 2010. God gave me another chance to live. I have much to live for.....I have learned so much in the two years and I have met some pretty incredible people I would have never have met had my health not failed me. Things happen for a reason......so they say. I used to not be a believer in that but I am now. I love life and will fight this thing called kidney disease and will not let it get me down. Many have inspired me, I hope to inspire others!         :clap;

Cordelia,

Keep up the positive attitude.  I've been waiting for a transplant for 5 years and this year my optimism started wavering.  And i had to make a change, i started focusing more on me and I'm changing jobs, and living my life to the fullest, traveling a lot this year etc.    Life gets boring with just dialysis and work, so remember to make time for you.
