     Hi :
Has anyone tried a new dairy free cheese made by Daiya ? ( www.daiyafoods.com ). I just
tried the Cheddar and it was pretty darn good for a fake cheese. Think it would make a good Mac
     and cheese.

Daiya makes excellent mac & cheese. My vegan friend mixes it with Follow Your Heart brand vegan cheese, also renal-friendly. They melt differently, so combining them gets you the best of both. She sprinkles some of the Daiya over the top of the mac & cheese before baking.

If you want to make vegan/renal-friendly pizza, the Follow Your Heart brand mozzarella flavor tastes the most like real mozzarella, and melts well with the right coaxing in the oven.
