Hubby had CT scan two weeks ago on his stomach and kidneys. A growth has been found and the neph is 99% sure it is cancerous. This scan was done about  10 months ago and they said it was a cyst and they would keep their eyes on it. Apparently it has not grown any bigger. We now have to see the oncologist next Monday. With all his other health problems, dialysis, heart they would be reluctant to operate but said that if necessary they could freeze it. More worry, Hate this shitty disease.

Boy, you two could use the biggest umbrella in the history of umbrellas.

I'm sorry that the rain keeps falling on your head, but I am hoping that this new finding won't be too difficult to treat.  When will you know more?

Cordilia, Sorry for the mistake it is a urologist we are seeing. Our neph said because my husband has a bad heart they would not be able to do an operation, but they could go in with key hole and freeze it.This is the jist I have. Been reading up about it and it depends on if: it is inside the kidney and has not spread, if it is a certain size. I will not know till Monday. Let you know then. I should imagine with my husbands age and ailments they will say. We will keep our eyes on it but will wait and see.

I'm sorry to hear about your health problems.  I have similar problems.  As for my weak heart, I raised my ejection fraction from 19 to 75 by using "Cardio-Plus" by Standard Process and CoQ10 400 mg. by Swanson Vitamins.  It takes awhile, and I'd take some fish oil or some other state of the art oil along with it.  I also walk on a treadmill.  You got to move, as the old blues song goes.  I have a complex cyst in my gallbladder, and I'm going to to Urology this morning to find out more from the specialist.  Since they made me wait a month and a half for the appointment I figure it isn't cancer.

It's that 'visious' circle!!  Bo's hemoglobin keeps him from exercising, and i cant push that as he has no oxigen to carry him through it.  W/out the exercise, the heart gets weeker, doesnt pump out those lungs and so we go for fluid draw off them  occasionally :(    Sounds like we're riding the same boat

Boswife, you are so spot on. Hubby tries to do a walk down the hall 3 or 4 times a day, that knacks him up. He has had 3 drains in about 5 months, they have tested to see if its a fluid leek and its not. They just keep saying it is his heart not pumping.
