There was a thread not too long ago from a young IHD member who had recently been transplanted and was thinking about moving from the UK to the US.  I'm sorry, but I can't remember the name of the thread nor the member who started it, and I HAVE searched, but now I'm bored and can't be bothered.  Still, I wanted to post this info, anyway, for anyone for whom it might help.

My ex-husband is an insurance broker in The City, and while he specialized in shipping/Protection and Indemnity, he has access to all kinds of insurance info, and he sent me the following link...

If anyone buys travel insurance from this company, I'd be very interested to hear about it!
