I want to change dialysis centers, but I'm always getting denied by my center for the change request. I've tried 3 times. Where does one go after this? I wish I could just pickup and leave centers without my center having to do anything.
Thanks.

Sullidog, contact your Network.

Have you located the facility that you want to go to?  Have you spoken to them?  http://www.medicare.gov/Dialysis

More important, have you checked your new facility out on the Propublica database?  http://projects.propublica.org/dialysis/

Oh Sulli, what's going on? I'm sorry you're having problems but I thought you were happy in the new Fresnuis center.  Hang in there...

TS, this is a post from August.  I think sulli has changed centers since then.

Yep I made this before I changed to FMC. It took being admited to the hospital to make the change.
