Kitt,
Welcome to IHD, here you will find support from other members that understand renal disease because in one form or another we are all effected.
You can start here with our site rules

Kitt you are in the right group. We have people on this site in pre, post and everything in between dialysis. Best thing for you right now is to read, read, read. I hope you find this site useful as well as entertaining. Stay off dialysis as long as you can. Be strong and try to include your family in the education process.

Of course you are in the right group! Even if you had nothing to do with kidney disease, it would still a great place to be! That is the kind of site this is, with lots to inform, entertain even. So read the posts, ask questions, go to the chat, play some games in the arcade. Just enjoy the site and all it has to offer.
Welcome to our community. Here is a grouphug for you.
