The National Kidney Foundation is interested in learning about the educational needs of people
with diabetes and kidney disease, so that helpful booklets and other new resources can be created.
If you have diabetes, you can help by completing this survey (only people with diabetes should
complete this survey). It will take about 15 minutes to answer all of the questions.

This is what happens in every disease when even the medical profession comes to realize that progress towards a cure has stalled -- they start emphasizing patient education and patient support, as if that is going to make any difference!
