"There Is No Place Like Home!"

« on: July 05, 2011, 05:19:35 PM »

I want to let all on IHD that I will no longer be posting here. But I want all of you to know how much I appreciate the things I have learned here!  I will keep all of you in my Prayers!  Never liked to get involved with internet anyway!  Iam more a people person, face to face, anyway!

May God bring you the things of your heart, and most of all the Peace of Christ!

I don't understand!  Why are you leaving?  Did I miss something?  You're part of our community, and you have been so supportive.  I hope we have been of some support to you, too.  I'm really sorry to hear that you are leaving, but if you feel that is what is best for you, then I'll support you in that decision.  But before you go, I'd like to give you my sincerest thanks for all of the kind words you have had for people here on IHD.  I'm sure you understand that this disease robs us of so much.  It robs us of our present and of our future, too.  All we can do is to try to find love and compassion in the here and now, and for a lot of people with chronic disease, the internet is God's gift to those who find their disease has also robbed them of friends and family.  We have to make our own friends and family right here, and you were a part of that.  I'm sorry that your love and compassion will no longer be such a wonderful part of our community.

I've read your recent posts lmunchkin, and I have PM'd you. I don't think any comments were directed at you. This forum is like the real world, there are all types of people with different stories, situations and beliefs. I hope you come back.

Sorry you feel you have to leave us lmunchkin.  You've been so supportive to so many people on here and it will be a shame for that not to continue.  Why not pop back and see us sometimes?  Take care.
