Hey guys...I'm a peritoneal dialysis patient and am trying to get some ideas on how I can help my social worker make the hemo clinic a little less "depressing" and a little more "fun." I've already started by bringing in some books and crossword puzzles and word finds into the clinic's waiting room so people can borrow them if they wanted to... Now, I know everyone HATES dialysis but anything you all can add that I might be able to take to my own dialysis clinic would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks :)

I would really love it if someone came around and did manicures and pedicures.  Just a thought.

My clinic had an ongoing arrangement with the local humane society - any puppies or kittens in need of socialization were brought in to visit.
