Ok, it's getting warmer over here now and I'm looking at getting into new clothes....but Oh! Foolishness, thy name is Carla!
I keep forgetting how much my body has changed, what used to be a flat stomach is now, courtesy of PD, a fat stomach, my bingo wings could get me from here to the moon, and I'm so patchworked with various scars that I actually think the only thing that would look good on me is a burkha! :rofl;

So, does anyone have any really good exercises to exorcise the tum and arms of all that extra flab? I'm very active and try to do 10,000 steps and time on my exercise bike each day, but need a little help with those 'difficult' areas!
hugs to you alll

I've heard that doing any kind of exercise in a pool is beneficial.

Thanks Peleroja!

I did think of doing some kind of class at my local leisure centre, might follow that up... :O)

Hope everything is going ok with you!
