Normally I am on a soap box, yelling about how expensive these drugs are. I still question any company that "donates" $350,000,00.00 per year (yes, I was told three hundred and fifty million) yet still charges $70.00 per pill (Valcyte).
NOTE: - Cell Cept IS available as a generic. (I am on a generic - which is cheaper - mycophenolate mofetil) some transplant clinics like to stay with name brand drugs - but many insurance companies try to fight paying for brand names like Cell CeptThat being said, we need all the help we can get.
