Admin for IHateDialysis 2008 - 2014, retired.
Jenna is our daughter, bad bladder damaged her kidneys.
Was on in-center hemodialysis 2003-2007.

I'm not sure why a home RO would be insufficient to clean the water even if it was not fit for drinking.


My understanding it is harder to get chlorine and fluoride out (things in drinking water) then it is to get out your typical water born bacteria.
