Earl kind of petered out over us this afternoon.  There were a couple of fallen trees, but as far as we can tell, no power outages.  My grandparents, in Stellarton, NS, were without power this evening, and figure it will be sometime tomorrow before they get it back.  The storm came through during low tide, so there was no real storm surge.  We drove down to the Charlottetown waterfront this evening.  There were a few whitecaps, but nothing serious.  Earl certainly wasn't the same caliber of Juan when it came through in 2003
