Favortism

I get so mad because in my unit the head nurse has always said those with jobs have seniority over time change then those who have been longer,and absulutley nobody gets on early. Well, when u sit there as long as us patients u notice all thats going on! I told the head nurse I want to come early as I can. I go at 6am. Wek she walked over to the guy next to me,and asked since the unit will be opening earlier does he want to come at 5am! Mind u ive been on dialysis 9and half years! He has been on 9 months! So he got to come at 5am! Wtf? And I hear techs tek a dw patients oh come alittle earlier than ur time and u can get on! And they get on 20 min to 35 min early. Yet others never do! Whats gnd for one is for all. Everybodys time is more valuable m dialysis and would love to get m early and out faster! Not just for who they choose and break there own rules!
