Happy Canada Day

Maybe this is a political act, I'm not sure as an Aussie, but I noticed that in fact July 4 is not upon us yet, whereas yesterday (for me) or today (? perhaps? for you?) its July 1 which according to wikipedia here is Canada Day!
So for any Canadians out there...
Happy Canada Day!!!

Thanks Nat..it was a beautiful day here in Toronto. I went to a concert by Angelique Kidjo last night after a day of gardening and cooking. Today we go to the cottage for the weekend.

Here's a little bit of Canadian pride (laced with a good measure of tongue in cheek and not taking ourselves too seriously)....Vive le Canada.

yes my bad too. I wish a belated Canada Day to our Commonwealth Cousins.
I've spent a few times in Canada and loved it - from Toronto to a road trip through the western areas of SK, AB & BC. Stunning (and lovely ladies too!!!!!)
