KS, you are not on your own, as you say it is so hot and all we have been eating is salads with naughty food like HAM and CHEESE to night it is LASAGNA and CHIPS and SALAD, our nurse will go barmy if she knew. We are so naughty, but we had the bloods done again last week so at least we will have another 3 weeks. We are normally really good, you know the same boring food.

I would never drink orange juice,eveBut I would get a bottle of orange soda and freeze it in an ice cube tray ,take them in an insulated cup or glass.  Better still,KoolAid or even Country Time Lemonade frozen.

I was  tallking to local woman who had a overdose of potassium. Her heart stopped twice . That scared her enough to watch what she ate and drank.

Kickstart,it has been unbearably hot here in southern Ohio. But today it is about 74 degrees. Comfortable without ac.

Oddly, my hubby always has too low of potassium. They tell him to eat a banana a day and to eat cantelope and green veggies.
