I read Karen547's post from last month and the attitude of the staff at her center bothered me as well.  Like most people I'm reluctant to take anyone to task unless I think I have the high ground of being right.   That's a difficult thing to know if one isn't an expert.  So here's a definitive source of what's right for the USA.
