Consumer Reports has found that some protein powders and "ready to drink" protein products have higher than normal amounts of arsenic, cadmium, and lead. The testing was done on a 3 serving/day amount of the tested product.

Information = empowerment.

My KDOQI Nutrition (+/ -): 2,450 Calories, 84 grams Protein/day.
