Wishing you a speedy recovery!
This is for a different topic but I just want to say that once you reach a certain age you should be required to retake your driver's test!

Poor Boxman, he is one tough cookie, but so very nice. Hope things get better for him.
On another note, we have people living where I do who are in their 90's and still drive. And cook and clean and do yard work. And go to parties and get stinking drunk too, LOL

So sorry to hear of all the challenges that Boxman has to face.  Especially not being able to communicate with his IHD family.  My caring and loving thoughts are with him.

Hope your outlook stays positive Boxman. That damn diabetes is bad news. It must really be tough especially not being able to use the computer. Haven't forgotten you buddy, just been on the road since last july. There is many things I have not been able to keep up with since getting this job. I won't be able to do this forever so I will be back in full capacity at some point. Only god knows when that will be. Age has nothing to do with driving ability, eye sight does. My Mother In Law still drives at 87 years old and she is a good driver.

Atleast he has a good outlook going, that is good news. I wish I could send him the technology so he could use his computer better with Dragon Speak Speech to Text software. I haven't gotten mine yet so I don't know if that would help him since it takes time to train the computer to your voice and do not know yet if keys need to be used while setting up. Otherwise there is the expensive option of the touchscreen pc.

I miss him being here so much.  Thanks Okarol, for letting us know how he is doing.  I need to go to the post office tomorrow anyway, so I'll get a card off to him.   He has such a great attitude about life.  Better than most of us.   :cuddle;

Put a card in the mail today.  I just need to remember to do it more often.    Thanks Okarol for posting his address.
