Hello from Pennsylvania!

I am here to learn as much as I can..my brother is 37 and a quadriplegic and has just started dialysis 2 months ago..he is a great guy and is loved very much..he has had a very hard time with it and we aren't sure what exactly we should be doing or if this is normal..so....here I am to learn from the best resource there is...other people who are actually experiencing this.  I am thankful for this community and look forward to making some new friends.  :2thumbsup;

G'day c2bh and  :welcomesign; You've sure come to the right spot. What type of D is your brother doing and what problems is he suffering from? You're right. There are plenty of people here with vast experience and they are always happy to help. You sound like a great sister!

Choosin2bHappy - I love your screen name!  We all have a choice and choosing to be happy is a good choice.  I am so sorry about your brother. He has had to deal with way too much.  I have a son your brothers age, and I can't imagine how hard this is for your whole family.  I hope someone can help you with your questions.  Keep posting.  We are here for support along with information.  How are you doing with all of this?  It must be very hard on you.   Glad you joined us!  Welcome to IHD   :2thumbsup;
