Tonight while Goran was on dialysis we received the first call from our transplant center. It will be 2 years in May that he's been on the list. The kidney was risky so we didn't take it, and our coordinator agreed, but we still got pretty excited! We were told tonight that his name has been coming up lately and that his antibodies went down, so I guess, it's all good! Hope to hear back from them soon!

Thank you all! It does feel good to know that he is closer to the top. Really, we did not expect the call any time soon, since we heard that the wait time in our center is 3 to 5 years...  so I thought it would be another year... this feels much better!  :cheer:
