I take one lot in the morning and one lot in the evening and that works for me . The renal nurses have suggested that i either take them in and take them on dialysis or take them as soon as i get home, thanks but no thanks.

My blood pressure is low right now (next week it may be different) so I avoid taking any blood pressure meds before dialysis.  I go at 6AM so if my BP is still low when I get home I may wait until bed time or even the next morning.

You may have to test yourself.  If you take it before dialysis and then you crash before removing very much fluid then don't take it the next dialysis day.

I wish there were a proven formula, but I don't know of one.

I came off all 5 of mine very shortly after I started D as my pressure normalized.  At the start I was still on them and was advised NOT to take them in the morning before D as the pressure could then drop too low.
